• Free cancellation up to 4 days before.
• Free modification up to 24 hours before the event.
• In the last 24 hours, the 60/40 rule applies (60% coupon, 40% is lost).
• If it is not reported, 100% is lost.
• For exceptions, only official documentation is accepted.
