Tribute to your Pet

1. Session Development
Each session is conducted according to the reserved modality (classic, fluorescent, pouring or ceramic), guided at all times by our team of artists.

2. Delivery of your piece
All deliveries of artworks are by appointment only. Contact us via WhatsApp or email.

Classic or fluorescent paint: you take your artwork home on the same day as the session.

Pouring: This technique requires a drying time of up to 5 days. We will keep your artwork for up to 1 month after the pouring process for collection.

Ceramics: the preparation and firing process is longer, with a delivery time of 3 to 5 months. You can find the full terms and conditions regarding breakage and collection on the ceramics page.

3. Portrait and tribute sessions for your pet
For these options, it is necessary to send the photo of the person or pet to be painted in advance, as we use it to create the work template prior to the session.

4. Cancellations and modifications
- Cancellation with full refund: up to 14 days before the event.
- Reservation modification: up to 3 days prior, free of charge.
- Modification within the previous 72 hours: 40% of the amount paid is retained and the remaining 60% remains as credit.
- Cancellation, modification or no-show within 24 hours prior to the event: 100% of the amount paid will be lost.

5. External factors that affect execution
If an event cannot take place due to circumstances beyond our control, including not reaching the minimum number of attendees, Art & Wine will reschedule. In that case, the client may:

- Upgrade to a higher-value session by paying the difference, or
- Switch to a lower value session, receiving the remaining balance as a coupon.

6. Image rights
Art & Wine reserves the right to request the use of images taken within its premises.
